Yay we finally have internet again! My birthday was last month, but I'm just now getting around to posting the pictures.
Jesse had to work the first half of the day, so Heather picked me up from the TLF and we went to my favorite kind of Asian restaurant, shabu shabu. It's all you can eat meat and vegetables. You pick two kinds of broth that you want, and they put a big bowl of it on the table. Then, they bring out endless plates of raw meat and vegetables, and you cook everything yourself, at your table. It's an Asian version of fondue and deeeelish!
After lunch, Jesse met up with us and we went to a neat grocery/department store called YouMe Town. You can get just about anything you could ever think of, including cartons of wine and vending machine cigarettes.
For dinner, I picked Indian. I'm on a major curry kick lately. It was so good! It's nice that most restaurants have English menus. It certainly makes ordering a lot easier!
