They have several stations, including 'International', 'Foods from around the country', 'dessert', 'chocolate fountain', 'cheese with fruit and nut pairings'. 'traditional breakfast', 'ceviche station', 'seafood', 'carving stations', and more. The dessert station had a chef there who was making fresh desserts (everything you could possibly imagine) right in front of you. And she made these little pastries and you could choose the type of frosting and toppings you wanted on them. The seafood station included several seafood dishes, along with fresh shrimp, oysters on the half shell, and king crab legs. The chocolate fountain had several stands of just about anything you could ever dream of covering in chocolate. The carving stating even had lamb.
It's also open bar. Even though it's 'help yourself', you still get a waiter who calls you by your name, places your napkin in your lap for you, and never lets your glass get empty. He also brought us new place settings every time we finished a round. I wish the pictures could do it justice. Unfortunately, I left the camera at home, so all I have are iphone pictures with silly snapchat captions. I stole the last picture from their website.
Jesse decided to try beating his oyster allergy. He was halfway successful :)
